Pricing and Payment Policies

Charges for helicopter times are based on a "Hobbs" hour meter in the helicopter than only runs when the engine is running. The meter records in hours and tenths of an hour. For example, a photo flight of 1.2 hours (or 72 minutes) in either helicopter would be $270 (or 1.2 times $225 per hour), plus tax. Payment is expected at the end of the flight unless other prior arrangements are made.

There is a minimum charge of one half-hour for any photo flight, even if the flight is less than one half-hour. Midwest accepts cash, company checks and most credit cards. Notes: Rates are subject to change without notice. Maximum passenger weight limits apply. Pilot wait time charges may also apply on certain flights. Ask for details.
